An enthusiastic and committed teacher is sought to lead the teaching of Government and Politics and contribute to the teaching of Law at A-level. The two subjects are popular and are well resourced. Attainment and progress rates have been above the national average for a number of years.
This temporary position becomes available due to the present post holder taking maternity leave. The contract will commence on 1st September 2021 and will last for the duration of the maternity leave which is expected to be until June 2022.
The school of 1000 pupils, plus a Sixth Form of 300 pupils, is attractively and conveniently situated close to the Ribble Valley and has excellent motorway connections via the M65 to M6 and M62.
