Stephenson (MK) Trust provides education for students aged between 11 and 18 years who are either attending Stephenson Academy, the local SEN provision for students with social emotional and mental health needs, or Bridge Academy for secondary aged students disengaged or excluded from mainstream education throughout Milton Keynes.  We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality curriculum, truly individualised to meet the needs of our students, ensuring successful outcomes for all.

Lead Teacher (Teaching and Learning)

Salary: Leadership Spine 6-10 dependent on experience £43,664 - £48,228

Our Lead Teacher (Teaching and Learning) role is a new position and an addition to our established team to work alongside the Assistant Principal in order to improve the quality of Teaching and Learning within Bridge Academy Central, ensuring standards and achievements for all students and groups of students are high and that the proportion of students making at least expected levels of progress, is appropriate in terms of the Academy having high expectations for its students
