About the role:
This is an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced Teaching and Learning Coach with experience of working cross college in different faculty areas. It would suit a proactive individual who is keen to develop and contribute to the overall success of this team within the whole college.
Excellent knowledge of current pedagogy and the FE sector in general is essential coupled with a passion for teaching and learning. Confidence in working with managers at all levels is needed and a commitment to raising standards through employing a range of coaching strategies is required. This will include sharing good practice and identifying and celebrating success stories.
You will be a role model for excellence in teaching and learning within the team and within the college and be committed to ongoing personal professional development .You will also enjoy the delivery of training to teachers and be confident in your expertise in this area.
You are expected to work flexibly and be prepared to travel to all 4 sites when with workload differing each week depending on caseload.
