Job overview
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Teaching Assistant. The post holder will report to the Additional Learning Support Manager and is expected to take responsibility for leading a team of Teaching Assistants as well as the support of a student (or students) with additional learning support needs. You will need to liaise with external agencies regarding appropriate and provide support as necessary inside and outside of lessons to students across the college’s 3 campuses. This role is key in shaping the way in which we work to meet the needs of students with additional needs across all our provision and campuses.
