The Learner Resources Service is looking for a proactive, and approachable Learner Assistant with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners of all ages.

Applicants for this position must have proven customer-facing experience, excellent organisational and ICT skills, able to effectively operate in a demanding environment, and the ability to offer basic support to learners within their independent study sessions.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of the Learning Resources team. Knowledge of working within a Further Education Learning Centre would be an advantage.
