We work with students who display challenging behaviour in certain situations. It is our job to enable them to take responsibility for themselves and to be able to contribute successfully to society. 

We are seeking Learning and Behaviour Mentors who are resilient, innovative and enthusiastic and who can both support outstanding behaviour and the delivery of academic subjects across The Pivot Academy (TPA).  You will demonstrate a real passion for working with children with SEND and dedication to promoting and engaging young people. You will work with school managers, teaching staff and support staff to assist in all aspects of the work to promote a healthy and supportive working environment. Committed to delivering highest quality education, you will help us achieve the highest of standards and continue to deliver the best for our students.

You will be enthusiastic and sensitive, with the ability to keep calm in challenging situations.
