We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to lead on the identification, coordination and delivery of training and development programmes and interventions for Ark staff in order to maximise the potential of operational staff across Ark’s network and the Central Team.  

This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to design, scope, manage and implement training, ensuring the specific needs of the network and individual academies are met. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

· experience of delivering results and in large and/or educational organisations, that are fast paced and going through a period of change 

· experience of management development and soft skills training  

· experience of a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning

· experience of technical learning and organisational development, enabling effective diagnosis of issues and development of innovative and appropriate strategies and solutions
