We are an all-through school who have undergone rapid change within the last year, and are looking for new dynamic team members to join us and continue this journey. Our school opened in September 2014 with our first Reception cohort and we are growing each year until we reach full capacity. In our primary phase, we currently have from Nursery to Year 6, with 2 forms of entry in each year group, meaning that workload is shared, and there is always somebody to discuss ideas with.

We have the children; we have the brand new state-of-the-art building; we now need you! If you are passionate about your subject, and are excited by rigorous and innovative curriculum design, we are the school for you. You are very welcome to visit us, even if you don’t end up applying for the post. We are 20 minutes on the tube from Mile End, and just 15 minutes’ drive from East London. We love to have people visit, to participate in children’s learning and see what we offer our children.

About You

We require a Learning and Teaching Assistant (LTA) with strong literacy and numeracy skills and a professional approach to provide support to our teachers and students in the classroom, covering a variety of learning activities.

You will also provide support to the wider school and as an integral member of the Learning & Teaching team you will be part of the planning and development meetings each week.
