If you offer considerable childcare experience and qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), this key role is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Assistant to encourage pupils in their learning and the acquisition of skills both in the classroom and as part of our exceptional wraparound care service.

Many of our busy working parents need flexible childcare, and our wraparound care service allows girls to stay happy and healthy at school. We call the service Explorers, and it is open to all girls from Nursery to Year 6.

As a Learning Assistant, you will play a part in the provision of high-quality learning and care for our Prep School pupils before and during the school day, ensuring all pupils are appropriately supported in their learning be it academic, practical, behavioural or social.

The successful candidate will possess experience in an educational setting and a recognised TA qualification (NVQ level 3) or equivalent relevant experience.
