Are you a Learning Assistant with experience in KS1, KS2, Early Years or SEND?

Longford Park, a brand new Primary School in Banbury and her sister School William Morris Primary, Banbury’s only Ofsted Outstanding Primary, are both looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated and creative Learning Assistants to work closely with teachers and the Inclusion Team to provide a dynamic and exciting environment in which children grow and develop.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, enthusiastic and committed to the educational development of children and are dedicated to the provision of an outstanding education offer.

The successful candidate will work alongside and support the Class Teacher, making effective use of resources in order to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement for all children including those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. The role also includes supporting the school improvement plan led by the Headteacher, whilst promoting the well-being of staff and children in the school.

The successful applicant will have previous experience supporting learning in early years and have GCSE English and Maths grade A-C.

There may be a possibility that the successful candidate will work at Longford Park Primary School, another GLF School, enabling career extension opportunities within a dynamic and flourishing Trust.

Hours: 32.5 per week

Salary range: £12,695 - £15,371 (pro rata)
