The Learning Centre Assistant is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Student Services department, where you will provide high quality customer service and support to learners in independent study time at our Strode's College Learning Centre.

Working with learners individually and in groups, you will provide support for their learning, development and progression; in addition to maintaining a user friendly and efficient learning environment.   

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with young people in the 14-19 age group, excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to working practices. You will also have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.

Please note this is a term time only post. We are flexible for the successful candidate to work over 4 days (7.5 hours per day) or 5 days (6 hours per day) per week.
