Contract: 22.5 hours per week, fixed term to 31.12.17 

Location: Basford Hall campus  

Are you resourceful and creative?  Keen on delivering excellent customer service?   We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated person to join our Learning Centres team and provide first-class support to our learners.  

You will deal with a variety of customer enquiries including resource searching and solving basic IT problems. You will liaise with teaching staff to make sure we provide relevant and varying resources and deliver workshops to ensure learners make the most of the resources available to them. 

We need excellent communicators with a passion for ensuring that our learners have the best experience possible whilst at ncn. 

The successful candidate will have knowledge of current and future trends in Learning Centre provision within FE and proven experience of frontline customer service.

ncn Services is a subsidiary company of New College Nottingham, and as such the terms and conditions of employment are different, the main differences being: 

• 30 days paid leave per year, made up of 22 days annual leave and 8 bank/public holidays.    • You will be eligible to receive company sick pay for up to 20 days and statutory sick pay thereafter.
