Job overview

We are looking to recruit a Learning Facilitator to work alongside teachers to support learners over a wide variety of subjects, with a focus on supporting students mainly in English to GCSE level as well as Level 2 vocational programmes. The post is ideal for graduates considering entering the teaching profession, or for classroom assistants seeking to broaden their experience.  

Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills are essential as is empathy for 16-19 year olds.  Training and/or experience in supporting students with additional learning needs would be desirable but not essential.
