£7,626.67 to £8,355.18 pro rata salary band

An opportunity has arisen for an inspiring Learning Facilitator to join the Trafford College to play a leading role in realising our vision of being a dynamic career college.
This is an exciting time to join the Group following the merger of Trafford College and Stockport College. A major refurbishment programme is planned for the Stockport Campus and this represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to support the drive transformational change for students, employers and communities of Stockport and Trafford.
In this challenging and rewarding role you will work as part of the Inclusion Team to support young people and adults with additional needs, enabling them to access education and to increase their independence.
Applicants will need GCSE English and Maths Qualifications and a Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or be willing to achieve within 2 years). You will need a good understanding of working with learners of mixed abilities, levels and ages and you will have the ability to work effectively across a range of vocational areas.
