Based at our Wandsworth campus, the Learning Facilitator will work in a frontline customer service role, joining the Learning Resources Team helping students and staff to use facilities and resources in our Learning Resource Centre. Delivering a high standard of customer service, you will help students on a diverse range of courses to find and use a variety of resources for their coursework, such as online resources, books and e-books.

This role would suit an individual who is qualified to Level 3 as a minimum and who has experience of working in a busy customer focused environment, delivering a high level of customer service. With excellent communication skills to allow you to handle enquiries, explain technical information and facilitate learning, you will have strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email and be willing to undertake further training on a wide variety of internal systems, including the virtual learning environment and systems which support students to use their college IT accounts. Familiarity with learning resources centres and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of how they can promote learning would be an advantage.
