About the Role:

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead and drive curriculum development and management in the role of Learning Leader for our Level 1-5 engineering at our Advanced Engineering Centre in Filton.

What you’ll be responsible for/what we are looking for:

You will be responsible and accountable for the leadership and management of programmes in Engineering, with particular reference to:

• Inspiring leadership of teaching, learning and assessment
• Effective performance management
• Exceeding learner needs and student experience
• Valuing stakeholder satisfaction and feedback
• Imaginative curriculum development, delivery and timetabling
• Learner interventions as a method of tracking the learner journey
• Effective resource management
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with employers and industry

Nice to have but not essential:

We can help to develop your management skills so previous management experience is not essential.
