We operate in an attractive new building providing at the heart of the community in Lundwood, and we pride ourselves on our caring and nurturing ethos which promotes positive behaviour by encouraging pupil participation in all aspects of school life.

As part of our extended services, we provide study support, family learning courses and community access to our facilities. We have an Early Years Unit, including a 78-place nursery, ensuring children receive an inclusive, personalised education right from the start.

We also hold a number of awards including the Activemark and the Healthy Schools Silver Award.

We want you to help to take us to the next level.

To help you do that, we work hard to ensure we reduce workload on our colleagues, allowing more time in the classroom to put our vision of children first, raising standards and transforming lives into practice.

We will also actively invest in your future through working closely with the Outwood Institute of Education to offer access to a wide range of CPD opportunities, with all staff receiving a minimum of two hours’ CPD each week.
