Brompton Academy, part of the newly formed University of Kent Academies Trust, are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor for Maths (ideally for two days per week) to join our highly motivated and dedicated team. Candidates should be able to work effectively with small groups of students in order to maximise student progress.
This is an exciting opportunity for working collaboratively with departmental staff to support students in achieving their expected grades. You will be a teacher with QTS status and hold a degree in a relevant subject coupled with proven experience in one of the subject areas we are looking for. You will have excellent knowledge of exam board requirements and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
The successful applicant will be coming to an academy and trust wide supportive learning environment, characterised by open management, and in the knowledge that they will enjoy the full support and care of the pragmatic (and down to earth) leadership team.
