Learning Mentor

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 Weeks per year

Featherby Junior and Featherby Infant and Nursery School are both part of the Maritime Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of schools in Greenwich, Bexley, Kent and Medway. Our academies transform through collaboration and an entrepreneurial curriculum which equips children with life skills.

The care and wellbeing of our pupils is a high priority and our children are enthusiastic and hardworking. We would like to  recruit a Learning Mentor  to join our friendly and committed  staff team

We are looking for someone who is able to:

  • Plan and deliver 1:1 mentoring/support sessions with identified students on a range of subjects
  • Plan and deliver group sessions/workshops with identified students on a range of subjects
  • Plan and deliver a wide range of extra-curricular activities which promote learning, good behavior, better social skills and well being, including during the lunch hour
