Prospect School is looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Learning Mentor to work within our Student Support Team.
The post holder will assist in the support and inclusion of students within the School. The successful candidate will join a well-established team who provide appropriate support for an individual pupil, or small groups of pupils of any ability and in any curriculum area. You will be committed to helping students in removing barriers to learning and need to be flexible and effective with a good understanding on how to motivate pupils to learn. The skills for the role include an enthusiasm to support each pupil to reach their full potential.

Salary Scale: NJC 4 Sp 7-11
Actual Salary £13,815-£14,954 (FTE £19,554-£21,166)
