Actual salary: £21,876 - £24,147 per annum (FTE: £25,972 – £28,668)

37 hours per week – Permanent, Term Time Only

Required to start as soon as possible.

 

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified or experienced Learning Resource Manager.

The successful candidate will manage, develop and promote the library/resource centre to ensure an effective resource and information centre is available for students and staff with a focus on promoting engagement in reading, literacy and awareness of the local, national and global community in which we live.

To be successful in this role you will have:

·       Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals qualification (or equivalent)

·       Minimum 5 GCSES including English and Maths

·       A Level or equivalent qualifications

·       Experience of working within a library setting

·       Passionate about reading and well-read and up-to-date both in digital and print publishing

·       Experience of working with children and young people
