LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (to provide specialist Social, Mental and Emotional Health support, assist and support a student with a statement for ASD and support other SEN students as required)
30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a committed person who enjoys working with young people, and with a special interest in Mental Health, to join our Learning Support Team.
The role of Learning Support Assistant is to support students with Special Educational Needs. The students will be supported mainly in the classroom with a small amount of individual or small group work.
Applicants should have a good level of education and should be able to help students in a wide variety of subjects. Experience of supporting young people would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
