Learning Support Assistant

37 hours per week, Term Time only.

You will work under the instruction and guidance of teachers and leadership to undertake work, care and support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist in the teacher management of pupils and the classroom. You will assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you are assigned, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available. You will work as part of a wider team of Learning Support Assistants and have the full support of the school SENDCo who will oversee your day-to-day activities.
