North East Essex Co-operative Academy is recruiting a number of ambitious and forward thinking individuals to join our team of Learning Support Assistants.
Are you thinking of a career in education and would like experience?
Are you suited to a fast paced environment?
Do you have an interest in pupils with Special Educational Needs, supporting transition and developing young learners' social skills?
The role is a varied and demanding one, you will need resilience and commitment, as many of our pupils have found mainstream education challenging.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can work effectively on your own and as part of a very supportive team.
The role is also suitable for new or experienced LSA's who would like to develop their knowledge of SEN, SEMH and transition.
You will join our school at a very exciting time, as we implement a new curriculum design and look forward to opening a brand new school building in 2022/3.
