We are looking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible.

Under the direction of the Head of Learning Support, the post holder will have responsibility for supporting students in small groups and one to one.   A good level of education is essential, with the postholder having achieved at least grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.   Experience of working with students with communication and interaction difficulties (speech and language and those on the Autism spectrum) are desirable, but not essential.  The postholder should be capable of developing excellent relationships with the students and therefore a proven record of successfully working with young people is essential.
