Fairfield High School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work in whole class settings and small group intervention.  You should also possess a high degree of initiative, be able to work independently and as part of a faculty team.  Hours of work will be 32.5 per week, term time only plus 5 inset days.  This post is fixed term until 31/08/2020.  

Salary will be paid at 50% point 7 (full time equivalent of £19,554) and 50% will be paid at point 12 (full time equivalent of £21,589).  Actual salary £15,475 per annum.   

The successful applicant will work with visually impaired pupils at KS3 and KS4 level.  Full training will be provided.  

Hours of work will be:

• 8.40 – 4.15pm Mondays

• 8.40 – 3.30pm Tuesdays to Fridays
