We are a school with a fresh mindset. We are unashamedly aspirational and ambitious for all. We pledge to work tirelessly to achieve our aim of quality and excellence in all that we do. We have high aspirations for every student and we are very aware that each child has one opportunity to achieve their potential. We take our role in providing the best environment for them to discover who they are and their mission in life very seriously.

Importantly we also want our students to enjoy their education; to be happy, safe and secure and to grow in God's love so that when they leave the school they are equipped to change the world and make it a better place.

Our staff play an important role in shaping the culture and ethos at Nicholas Breakspear Catholic School. They ensure students learn in a safe and supportive environment where strong relationships are formed.

Focussing on skills, aspirations and positive values is just as important for staff as it is for pupils. Staff are encouraged to develop their skills and are offered training opportunities to enhance their leadership potential.

We acknowledge the enormous role played by our parents in supporting the school and their children. We are privileged to have such wonderful people working with us. Our partnership with them is undoubtedly our greatest strength and we recognise that everything we do builds on their roles and examples as prime educators of their children.

We promise to Nurture our students to Believe in themselves and develop their relationship with God to Succeed in life.
