Lake Farm Park Academy is a new three-form entry nursery and primary academy with an SRP for 12 children with ASD.  It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London.

Each year the academy will expand by a single year group until in 2020 it becomes the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our six academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training. 

As the school expands, we are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join the school. The successful candidates will have some experience of working as an LSA, ideally within the Early Years/Key Stage 1. There would be flexibility in the future for work in different year groups as the school grows.

Hours: 17.5 Hours per week, 08:30 – 12:00 - Term time only + 5 training days, Permanent
Salary: £7,478 - £7,950 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Scale 3 (Academy Pay Range)

The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self-motivated and be able to work from their own initiative. They will need to take direction from the class teacher and work closely alongside our other support staff. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
An NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential.
