In the first instance, this is a fixed term appointment until the end of the Academic Year
Grade 7 point 20 – 23,
32.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year
(£14,597 – £15,918 actual salary after pro rata)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic full time Learning Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will have a calm, firm but fair manner, be flexible, enthusiastic and sympathetic to the needs of students with a wide range of learning difficulties, will be required to support in the classroom, either working on an individual basis or as part of a small group. An interest or experience in working with individual students with specific difficulties would be desirable.
The successful candidate will be joining an established and enthusiastic team and will be given opportunities to extend training and professional development. Parents and the wider local community are very supportive of our Academy.
