Salary: Kent Range 5 (£19,335, actual salary working £16,360 based on working 39 weeks a year)

We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work within the school’s Inclusion Team during term time (39 weeks per year). You will be a team player with experience of working as a LSA/TA within upper Key Stage 2 or as a LSA/TA in a secondary school. The role is diverse and requires a flexible approach to support the students and promote their welfare. You will be required to support students with identified needs within classes, small groups and individual study.
The main site for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells, however there may be occasions when you would be required to work at other sites connected to TWGSB.
