We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a good sense of humour to join our team of Learning Support Assistants. The role will involve working closely with class teachers and the school SENCO to work primarily with an individual pupil with ADHD and to assist the class at other times.
We require a Learning Support Assistant to work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30-4:00pm, term time only. You will need to be flexible and have excellent inter-personal and communication skills. You will need to demonstrate competence in supporting pupils within a learning environment to encourage them to achieve and make good progress.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, identity and safeguarding checks and will be probationary for the first 6 months. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
