We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate individual with good organisational and communication skills who can continue to raise the achievement of young people alongside the class teachers. You will have excellent behaviour management and the ability to quickly build a rapport with students. 

You will have experience of supporting students with Autism on a one-to-one or small group basis.

Judged as “Good” by Ofsted, the City Heights Academy staff body is comprised of inspirational teachers and excellent support staff, with a very high retention rate.

We are in a brand-new, superbly resourced building. City Heights is in an educational partnership with Dulwich College, part of the Windmill cluster of local schools and under the auspices of the E-ACT multi-academy trust.

Our languages specialism is one of our defining features and we focus on building character alongside knowledge and wisdom.
