Our Lady's High School is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant.  

We have been at the heart of girls’ education in Hackney for over 100 years. The school was completely rebuilt in 2012 and offers a superb working environment, supportive colleagues, a values led ethos, and a wonderfully diverse and talented student body.

Supporting access to learning for students you will work to meet the sometimes complex and challenging needs of our students.  You will be confident, be able to assist in the educational and social development of students and be willing to work individually and as a part of a team.  We are a four-form entry new build school with excellent facilities, strong track record in academic results and progress and a community that is cohesive and supportive.  

This role will suit someone who is reliable and with a confident personality who is looking for an exciting and rewarding role; highly educated with a relevant qualification or degree you will either have existing experience providing learning support or will be looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching.
