At Beacon Academy, consisting of a Nursery, Primary School and 40-place Specialist Provision, we focus on developing a love of learning from ages 2 to 11. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, flexible and conscientious people who have a passion for working in a school environment. You will be expected to support our TEAM vision and to work in partnership with class teachers to assist pupils with their learning, in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and school policies & procedures. You will prepare the classroom and resources ready for children to learn, under the direction of a class teacher but you will be expected to be proactive in ensuring children feel happy, safe and nourished. You must have high values in your own performance and be willing to widen your experiences. One role works with pupils with specialist needs (SEND) and one role will be a more general role in KS1 and/or KS2.
