FET are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Learning Support Assistant with the desire to help the school progress to outstanding as it embarks on the next stage of its journey to world class. We are seeking a new Learning Support Assistant who will join us on our journey to continued educational excellence. The successful candidate will play a major role in supporting the the Teacher in the classroom. Training will be given where necessary and appropriate. You will work with the staff at all levels across the school to ensure that we create strategies to develop independence, resilience, and leadership in our pupils.
