Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a qualified Learning Support Assistant to work in a behaviour unit based in the Scunthorpe area. 

This a temporary teaching role due to start immediately on a supply basis but with the possibility of longer term bookings. 

The role:

The desired Learning Support Assistant will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The desired Learning Support Assistant must have experience of working with young students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience required for this position is 6 weeks supporting students within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Learning Support Assistant you must:

  • Have experience supporting SEND pupils
  • Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team and work well with others
  • Be passionate about supporting students’ progress
