Learning Support Assistants required at South Staffordshire College

Job ref HR1718-61-  Variable hours at Tamworth, Torc, Lichfield and Rodbaston

£7.96 to £8.63 per hour

The Learning Support team at South Staffordshire College require a number of Learning Support Assistants to support learners with an Education, Health and Care Plan to reach their full potential.

These exciting and challenging roles are an opportunity to motivate and encourage learners to embrace their differences and to help them develop their skills and confidence to work more independently.

The successful candidates will have level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and experience of supporting young adults, preferably in an educational setting.  

The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, be committed, enthusiastic and have the  ability to inspire learners to recognise and achieve their aspirations.
