Highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals are required to provide learning support for students with a wide range of difficulties and/or disabilities.
Working within the College’s Additional Learning Support Team, you will provide individualised and sensitive support for wide range of learners across all sites of the college on both a 1:1 and group basis.
You will provide support to meet learner’s needs both in and outside of class. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to form trusting and effective relationships with students and staff.
A firm knowledge and understanding of students with learning difficulties and disabilities is essential as is a Level 2 Qualification in Learning Support or a related field.
