We are seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work on a 1:1 basis supporting a pupil in Reception with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The successful candidate will work weekdays, term time only, from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm starting as soon as possible.
The LSA will work under the guidance of the pupil’s Group Tutor and other key staff members, including the SENCo, to provide the best possible care and support to enable the pupil to participate fully and encouraging them to be their best in all activities.
Experience of working in a childcare setting is essential and training will be given where necessary.
