The College are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic, self-motivated Learning Support Coordinator to join our busy Learner Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting learners with a range of learning support needs and coordinating services including the line management of supporting staff.
You must be able to work with initiative and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills on a daily basis. Communication is key for this role to support learners and curriculum teams with strategies to support learning. Ideal candidates will have a Specialist qualification in supporting learners with specific difficulties/disabilities or willingness to work towards this at level 3 or above.
