Learning Support Manager / SENCO

Dv8 Sussex specialises in delivering innovative training for young people in creativity and media, all taught by industry professionals and designed to provide a real experience of working in a creative environment.

The learning support manager is key to ensuring the continued improvement of provision for EHCP and SEN learners across DV8.  Support for high needs learners achieved a 3 -Good at the last Ofsted inspection and this reflects the development and improvements in this department over the last 2 years. The Learning Support Manager will move this department  further forward and key to this is the wider SEN provision across both campus and increased focus on employability readiness as part of a life skills programme.
