We are seeking confident and motivated Learning Support staff to join our diverse and dynamic team. Duties will includesupporting learners in class and assisting with their personal care needs.

You will work with teachers and other practitioners to raise the learning and attainment of young people whist promoting social inclusion, self-esteem and independence. You will get the opportunity to support students and assist them to participate in learning and fulfil theirown individual potential.

The need to be flexible in your approach is imperative.  You will need to be qualified to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and ideally have experience of working with people with a range of special educational needs.  You will also need to be willing to support with personal care.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
