An opportunity has arisen for two highly motivated individuals to join our team at Eccles Sixth Form College in providing one to one support to students with a variety of learning needs. You will support students across a diverse range of curriculum areas within the SCC group.  You will support students who have identified learning differences, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and medical/disability needs. You will develop students’ underpinning Literacy, Numeracy and Language skills on a one to one basis. You will have experience in supporting students with Autism and identified learning differences, and be familiar with interpreting initial and diagnostic test results. You will use a variety of assessment results to develop individual learning strategies, enabling students to reach their full potential. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate a range of students and a sound understanding of the issues facing young people with barriers to their learning. You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have a recognised Skills for Life qualification or equivalent.
