We are seeking outstanding practitioners who can demonstrate current experience in working with a diverse range of learners with mixed academic abilities.
We are looking for individuals with dynamic classroom management strategies to reach learners at a range of levels from Entry 1 to level 1. The role will involve teaching a broad spectrum of subjects with a strong ethos around preparing learners for academic progress and employability skills, whilst embedding high quality pastoral care. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate how they communicate with learners and create differentiated learning environments, that are not only exciting, but also thought provoking for learners at all levels.
Previous teaching experience would be beneficial and the College will support non-qualified Lecturers through their teaching qualification.
