We’re now looking for a Lecturer / Assessor in Beauty Therapy to teach, train and assess students on college programmes within the curriculum, up to and including Level 3 courses. Providing relevant student support, you will carry out assessment, evaluation and other and other administrative duties relating to the post as well as embed the development of skills (English, Maths and IT) at all levels E3-L2 in all teaching practices.


We’re looking for an individual who has experience of teaching / training and assessing in Beauty and who holds an Assessor award such as TDLB, D32, 33 or A1 and V1. With knowledge of the current qualification framework and code of practice, you will have a range of assessment and accreditation strategies for young people and adults engaged in further education and be able to provide effective learner support through tutorial strategies. A teaching qualification is not essential, however we do ask that you are willing to participate in staff development in order to achieve this.

Carshalton College is a co-educational further education college based in Sutton. It is a non-denominational school.

The college has been an education provider for over 60 years. It is a major provider of full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, access, undergraduate and supported learning courses.
