Due to the continued expansion of our College apprenticeship provision, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Business Development Centre to support the delivery of our Health & Social Care Apprenticeships.
You will teach on our Health & Social Care apprenticeship programmes, which includes Levels 2 and 3 Health Apprenticeships, working with the NHS to deliver relevant courses ensuring the attainment of relating to enrolment, retention and timely success.
The ideal candidate will have as a minimum a level 3 qualification in health and social care combined with teaching experience at Level 1-3 in Nursing or Health and Social Care related subjects. A Cert Ed or equivalent is also desirable. Experience of delivering and assessing competence-based training in the workplace and college environment is essential. Possession of an A1 and V1 Assessor Award is desirable.

The College is situated in metropolitan Borough of Sefton, at the heart of a very busy commercial and regeneration area.
We deliver courses across an extensive range of provisions, from apprenticeships, to T-levels, A-levels, university level courses and adult learning, with dedicated campuses and employment-focused results.

We are also responding to the exciting SuperPort developments right on our doorstep by creating Port Academy Liverpool, which offers port operations courses that allow our learners to forge careers in this exciting, global and well paid sector.

We are continually looking to develop our facilities and this we have opened our new state-of-the-art gym and fitness centre in collaboration with Lifestyle Fitness. The centre is accessible by students and staff as well as being open to members of our local community.
