Applications are invited for this post to be effective as soon as possible.   Variable Hours Lecturer – Travel and Tourism  Salary: £14.46 - £23.76 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (dependent upon qualifications and experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Travel and Tourism Department within the Directorate of Technical Learning at Chesterfield College. The successful candidates will be required to teach/assess on a range of programmes, from Level 2 NCFE up to Level 3 BTEC. Applicants should have at least a Level 3 in Travel and Tourism or equivalent, and an A1/V1 Assessor/Verifier Award (TDLB D32, D33, D34). All candidates should also have recent significant experience in the Travel and Tourism industry. An assessor award is essential to complete assessment work and a teaching qualification would be an advantage, but not essential to complete teaching hours. An ability to offer Functional Skills would also be an advantage.
