This is an exciting opportunity to teach, train and assess both in the classroom and the workplace. We are looking for candidates who have experience in the maintenance of engineering facilities and are looking to start their career in education. Experience in teaching and training would be an advantage for this position, candidates who have mentoring or assessing experience of individuals or teams would also be desirable.
You will be joining an Outstanding faculty and team that is supportive of each other with industry standard resources and is proactive in working with employers and the local community to deliver quality teaching, training and assessment.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive and a good communicator and able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning/ training. Experience of teaching and/or work-based assessment would be an advantage but is not necessary as assessor and teacher training can be provided.
You will have substantial industry experience or hold at a minimum a relevant Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering and have up to date knowledge of industry practice.
