Contract:  MC Lecturer, Full time, Permanent 

Hours:      37 hours per week 

Annual Leave: 45 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)

About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as Lecturer Health and Care - Higher Education. 


The main responsibilities of this role include the delivery and assessment of high-quality learning programmes in Higher Education in Health & Care, as well as undertaking a range of programme leadership, tutorial and programme administration duties. 


The successful candidate will: 

  • To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards. 
  • To hold a relevant Masters Degree qualification or equivalent. 
  • Have experience in Social Public Sector (youth) or similar 
  • Previous experience of teaching Health & Care curriculum. 
  • Current knowledge and / or experience of teaching Health and Social Care.

The college has links with over 1000 employers and over 1000 of its students progressed to university in 2016. The college also has a purpose built sixth form centre (MC6) boasting a 100% pass rate in 19 subjects.
