Job overview

Our Health and Social Care Section is a successful, dynamic and vibrant area of the College, delivering a range of courses to learners, primarily aged 16-19.  We are seeking to appoint an individual with experience of working in the Health/Social Care sector to teach across BTEC (QCF/RQF) Level 1-4 programmes, to cover a period of maternity leave.

You will possess a degree in a relevant subject area and an advanced level teaching qualification suitable for FE (PGCE, DET or equivalent) or be willing to work towards one, supported financially by the College.You will need to possess experience of delivering BTEC Health and Social Care programmes (QCF/RQF), including external exam units, and will have some experience of working in the Health/Social Care Sector.
